John: The Life of Jesus (Ch 11-12)

Today we get to Jesus’ biggest, most eye-catching miracle - raising Lazarus from the dead. People start flocking to him and the Pharisees continue to frantically attempt to arrest and kill him. This is a turning point in the book of John, where Jesus finally says that his hour has come. After this, Jesus sits down for a banquet with his disciples and friends and a very interesting exchange happens. These chapters hold a ton of the story, but also important take-aways for us personally.
